the staff was accommodating and pleasant. the hotel's location was stunning, very close to Lakewalk trail, restaurants on E Superior Street, lake, shops, and Lift Bridge. 3. Luckily, it was close to Grandma's Boxcar, had pastries there when it was cold outside.

The room was good-sized and soundproof with a fold-out couch. The overall experience on a business trip was really nice. Great amenities included several cans of Pepsi products.
