This place was awesome with a rooftop pool that had stunning views of the lake and free s'mores every night! I loved chilling by the indoor pool and soaking in the hot tub, which was super relaxing. Just a heads up, the breakfast area got a bit crowded, but it didn’t take away from the overall great vibe! 😊

I always choose this place because it provides everything I need, free Wi-Fi, an indoor pool, and 24-hour reception. The staff helped me with sim cards on my first stay, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it!

Location definitely stood out with stunning views of Lake Superior. The rooftop pool was a blast, especially being outdoors despite the chilly weather. Room was cozy and well-kept, made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast spread was impressive with various options, but the breakfast staff could be friendlier. they seemed overwhelmed and a bit unapproachable. Parking situation could use improvement too. we were only given one pass for our two vehicles, which became inconvenient. Loudness from the pool area during evening hours was annoying, making it hard to relax. Nice amenities though, like the s'mores bar in the evenings and activities available around the hotel. Overall, a pleasant stay, but a few adjustments in service would elevate the experience.

We checked out the Irvin ore boat museum and took in a show at the Duluth Entertainment & Convention Center. The location was perfect for walking around and catching sunrises by the lake. Just a heads up, the pool room can get noisy.
The first night we faced a lot of noise from the pool area with teenagers, which lasted until late. After calling the front desk the next night, they enforced the adult-only rule, and that made all the difference.

The location has a nice view. I noticed the ships coming and going during my stay, which reminded me of my travels in Italy. I found myself enjoying the rooftop pool after a day of exploring local shops and trails.
Cleaning was inconsistent. I had requested it during the day, but when I returned, the room had not been attended to.

We had a wonderful one-night stay in a room with a beautiful lake view, and the evening s'mores were a fun touch. The indoor pool was a great way to relax. The hot tub offered a cozy spot to unwind, though it did get a bit crowded with kids. 🏊♂️
